Timeline set for Beach Corridor

Over the next four years, the country of Panama aims to improve connectivity and road infrastructure from Panama City to the Pacific Beach area.

One of the most important aspects of the project will be the fourth bridge over the Canal which is still in the bidding phase. Its execution will take 3 1/2 years.
 
The Ministry of Public Works expects that within the next 2 years, contractors will have completed the expansion of the Interamerican Highway from the bridge of the Americas to San Carlos, Panama.

These deadlines have been created by the Ministry of Public Works are in an effort to expedite increased connectivity in the country and reduce traffic in a timely manner.
