Road Closures for Carnival 2020

An announcement has been released informing on street closures for Carnival 2020 on the Cinta costera starting Friday.

Starting 9:00 a.m. Friday February 20th all three external lanes of Balboa Ave. will be closed and from 12:00 noon there will be total closure from Ecuador Ave to Cinta Costera 3 (Maracana Stadium). Carnival activities will begin each day starting at 10:00 a.m.
