Wingo Cartagena flights

Wingo, Copa Holdings new low cost airline, has announce that they will begin flying Cartagena, Colombia.

The announcement comes less than two weeks after Air Panama announced their permits to fly to Cali and Cartagena were granted. The new Wingo flights will be departing from the Panama Pacifico Airport in Panama City.
