Terra Viva celebrates breaking ground in Coronado

Terra Viva, a sustainable community in Coronado Panama, invites you to their groundbreaking ceremony! Come celebrate the first 10 homes bought in Terra Viva Coronado and learn more about Terra Viva.

The event will be held Saturday September 7th 2024 at 10:00 a.m. and will take place in Terra Viva located on the Coronado Golf Course, in Coronado Panama. To Get there enter through the Coronado Golf Club gate, make a left and follow the Terra Viva signs to the community.  

Terra Viva is part of Coronado Panama’s second phase of development and is one of the most unique offerings available not only in Coronado, Panama but the entire country! 

Terra Viva is set into the existing natural environment. The community offers an array of fruit trees, cobble stone roads covered with basalt stones, peacocks, guinea chicken and donkeys. The entire community sits under a mature canopy, which backs on to the Coronado Golf Course. 

Terra Viva plans to use environmentally friendly methods in water treatment and to offer solar set ups with each build. Their commitment to the community also goes beyond the community itself with efforts like recycling projects in their future.
