Supporting Ngäbe Bugle communities

Ngäbe Adventurers is a community project that is offering support to Gnäbe Bugle Comarcas in Chiriqui, Panama.

There are several ways you can join forces with Ngäbe Adventurers! 

1. Participate in the retreat. The Ngäbe Adventurers team holds two retreats to the two different communities in the Ngäbe Bugle region of Chiriqui, it is a unique opportunity to meet people in these communities, learn about their lives, and cultures. 

2. You also help out with donations. These communities are in need of clothes in good condition for babies, kids, and adults. Also, dry or canned foods, baby food, and formula. As well as dog food, and medical supplies. 

This year the first retreat will take place on December 19, 2021. 

Donations will be received until December 6, 2021.
