Calling all parents!

El Litoral in Coronado Panama is hosting a trial mommy (or daddy) & me yoga class Tuesday, November 20th at 10:00 a.m.

Adding yoga to your child’s routine from an early start has so many benefits! Yoga can help children with concentration, attention, and focus. It is practice with opportunities for young kids to develop their balance, spatial awareness, and perspective. 

There is a lot to gain for us parents too! Studies show that yoga can help to regulate emotional states, tools like calm breathing are things we can take into our daily lives and pass on to our little one! Body awareness, deep breathing, and stretching are all healthy habits that can seriously help your kids development. 

So, let’s do yoga together parents! This class is open to kids of all ages but is geared at the pre-schoolers (since it is during regular school hours). The class is a trial, meaning it may or may not continue/adapt based on interest and needs!
