Coronado is gated but has other gated properties within it, such as Mirador.
What started out as just a part time residential area soon became a mixture of expats from around the world—and they were creating full-time living. Now there is something for everyone, including retirees, young adults working from home or in local businesses, and the many Panamanians, some of whom have been coming here for years, even decades.
Most of the commercial areas are right on the Interamerican highway or within 15 minutes of it. This leaves our condo in a quiet, secluded area, but close to almost everything!

2) 4 major super markets plus specialty grocery stores & smalller”mini supers”.
3) Medical clinics open 7 days a week:
Costa Pacifica And Clinica San Fernando provide general medicine with several specialty doctors scheduled. Both provide laboratory services and San Fernando has Xray services.
4) Doctors offices in most malls, some of which contain Esthetic services, Regenerative medicine, Pediatric and OB/Gynicological services
