There are different situations, please find bellow a small glossary to clarify the meanings.

Robbery is the crime of taking or attempting to take something of value by force or threat of force or by putting the victim in fear.

Forcing robbery: the direct taking of property (including money) from a person (victim) through force

Assault: An unlawful threat or attempt to do bodily injury to another.

Mysterious Disappearance Exclusion: in insurance, a clause exempting the insurer from paying for a loss if an insured event occurs without explanation. Mysterious Disappearance is excluded, always requires a force evidence (to in to the property if it’s close, or injuring the victim in case of an assault).

For example, an insurance policy on a diamond necklace may not provide the benefit if the necklace is lost or otherwise disappears for no apparent reason. The exclusion exists to prevent insurance fraud. Need to be an evidence of violence accompanied by a complaint to the authorities
