Energy Management System: Total Power Surge Protection

The EMS unit is designed to provide surge protection for the entire home or facility, increase the life of electrical motors through heat reduction and provide significant savings on electric bills, by using methods employed at large industrial complexes, now reduced to a compact unit, to reclaim and recycle electrical energy. The application has benefits to both the user and the supplier of electrical power. The EMS unit fine-tunes the electrical system in your home or facility. This fine tuning reduces heat generation, reduces amperage and results in reduced consumption of electricity. It causes less waste of electrical energy while increasing the life of the inductive equipment in your home or facility. It protects against power surges and increases the capacity to the electrical panel by making it run cooler. All this means extra dollars in your pocket. All EMS products are backed with a comprehensive full five year factory warranty.

How the EMS unit works

EMS fine tunes the electrical system from the inductive equipment (motors) back through the utility company’s KVA electric meter, kilowatt hour meter (kWh) or demand meter. This fine tuning slows down the operation of the meter, reduces the amount of power drawn from the utility and therefore saves on electricity consumption. The EMS unit stores the reactive power to create the electromagnetic field (EMF) around the inductive windings of a motor by storing in its capacitors. As motors operate, reactive power is “pulled” and“ pushed” to and from the EMS unit by the motor at 60 cycles/second. The EMS unit stores and releases what the motors need to function more efficiently. This unique approach reduces the heat generated on the lines and therefore reduces the strain placed on all the electrical components so they actually will increase their life expectancy. Electricity that is normally pushed back through the power distribution lines is now reclaimed and recycled by the EMS unit. The EMS unit reclaims, stores, recycles and supplies power to all inductive loads (motors). As you have already paid for this electricity, why waste a percentage of your investment.

With the EMS unit, energy can be stored and used when needed. This whole process is called energy optimization.

Clients are benefited:

  • with power surge protection for the whole home or facility.
  • by less heat generated in motors and appliances, which will increase the productive life cycle
    of these products.
  • through lower power bills.

Other Benefits:

  • Reduces electricity required by existing inductive loads
  • Enhances capacity of existing electrical system
  • Eliminates danger of harmful power surges on appliances and sensitive electronic equipment
  • Reduces harmful effects caused by electrical noise in the electrical system
