Panama's New Auto Accident Policy

Thank you Kevin Bradley for this information:   Although the new law will not be implemented until Feb 2011, the "minor accident " form is available on line. Even though this procedure has been postponed, I recommend that you do not move the vehicle until your Insurance Company "roadside assistance" representative arrives at the scene to guide you.
