Mango Jam
This récipe was sent in by Cynthia Cabassa from San Fernando Hospital. It is a family favourite. It is very easy to make and tastes delicious.
Bring water to boiling and add 6 whole mangos (skin on) to water.
Boil for 20 minutes. Remove from stove and allow to cool off.
Peel the mangoes and take the pulp off the seed with a knife.
You should get 1 cup of mango pulp
Put in blender to make pureè.
Add 1 cup of sugar and cook all together for 20 minutes at low heat.
