Bread Pudding (Mamallena)

Vicente  Ingredients: -½ lb. loaf of bread -2 cups of milk -1 cup of sugar -4 eggs -¼ lb. melted butter -â…› tsp. salt -1 tsp. vanilla extract -½ cup raisins      

Preparation:

Grease a square glass mold. Place the bread in the mixer and add the milk. Let it sit for 20 minutes. Ground the bread into pieces with your hands. Add the sugar and mix. Beat the eggs lightly and add to bread. Add the remaining ingredients and pour into the mold. Bake at  350° F for about 50 minutes, or until it is slightly brown and dry. Let it cool and put in refrigerator.
