Emergency Landing at Howard Air Base Panama

A twin engine plane with a registration number of HP-2500, made an emergency landing at the former Howard Air Force Base after it struck an animal during takeoff from Contadora Island.

The Civil Aviation Authority reported that the pilot has been treated for minor injuries. The impact damaged the landing gear, but the plane was able to land.
