Panama's Junior Surf Team

Panama’s Junior Surf team preselection took place Monday September 7. The young Panamanian surfers selected will compete in the World Junior Surf Championship taking place this October in the United States.

  Raul Stanford, technical director of the Panamanian Surf Association and junior surf coach, explained that the group of athletes are very "positive".

The first team training weekends will take place at Chame banks and El Palmar two popular surf breaks on the Pacific coast of Panama. Congratulations to the Panama’s Junior surfers, and good luck at the world championship!
