Sunwing flights return to Rio Hato airport

Flights from Canada to the Scarlett Martinez International Airport in Río Hato, will begin starting November 12th, 2021. Sunwing Airlines announced the return of the Playa Blanca route from Toronto.

The company stated that weekly flights would be coming from Toronto and Montreal, during the first month, and from December 13 it would increase the frequency to two weekly flights. *Information provided by the airline to Tocumen, SA, a state company that manages the air terminal located in Río Hato.

Sunwing Airlines also offers all-inclusive packages at the Playa Blanca hotel and is a great option if you plan to visit Punta Chame, Coronado Panama, the Decameron, or Buenaventura.
