New year, new quarantine for Panama and Panama west

January 4th until January 14th Panama and Panama West will remain under quarantine measures with a curfew, access to essential services, with circulation limited by gender, and the last number of ID.

Leading up to the 10 days of strict quarantine measures for Panama and Panama West, here are the days of circulation based only on gender. 

Curfew is from  7 pm until 5 am
Dec 28 - Women’s day

Dec 29 - Men’s day

Dec 30 - Women’s day

Dec 31 - Men’s day

Jan 1, 2, 3, - Total Quarantine

New Quarantine restrictions come into effect January 4th only for the provinces of Panama and Panama West 

Jan 4 to 14th, Total Quarantine from 8 PM to 5 AM. B.back to gender days and following the time restriction based on cedula. 

Women - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

Men - Tuesdays, Thursdays 

Circulation based on the last number of your passport or cedula: 

Hours have a half an hour grace period before and after to get where you are going. If you are over 60 you can circulate from 11 until 1 p.m.

7 - 7:00 a.m. 

8 - 8:00 a.m. 

9 - 9:00 a.m. 

0 - 10:00 a.m. 

1 - 1:00 p.m. 

2 - 2:00 p.m.

3 - 3:00 p.m.

4 - 4:00 p.m.

5 - 5:00 p.m.

6 - 6:00 p.m.

Since January 9th is a national holiday there will be total quarantine on this day.
