2018 Prisma Festival in Panama

Panama will present the 7th edition of Prisma, Panama’s International festival of contemporary Dance from October 7th to October 14th.

Prisma, brings innovative dance troupes from around to not just Panama city, but also La Chorrera, las Cumbres, Colon and San Miguelito.  

The annual contemporary dance festival began in Panama City almost a decade ago and continues to take place each year in the month of October. The event is a private initiative started by Panamanian dancers Ximena Eleta and Analida Galindo which aims to develop and promote contemporary dance in Panama.

This year the event brings performances by national and international companies, free performances in outdoor or alternative spaces, workshops and master classes, talks, round tables, and more!
