Roux wins CD primaries

Rómulo Roux won the Cambio Democrático party (CD) presidential primaries with 68.8% of the votes on Sunday, Aug, 12 over the Martinelli favored Raul Mulino who had 30% of the votes.


Eight months ago, Rómulo Roux , 53, a lawyer specializing in commercial law, snatched the presidency of the party from its founder, former President Ricardo Martinelli.
