Military with Pence in Panama reassigned

NBC reports that three service members from the U.S. air force and army that were in Panama with Vice President Panama have been removed from the white house after allegations of bringing women “not registered with officials” back to their hotel.

Defense officials initially told NBC News that the service members were in Colombia. Another defense official later told NBC News the incident occurred in Panama. They added, “There is no indication at this point that the women who were brought to the hotel were prostitutes”.

In response to the alleged incident that occurred, Air Force spokesman Col. Patrick S. Ryder. said:
"We are aware of the incident and it is currently under investigation," Ryder added. "We can confirm that the individuals in question have been reassigned back to the Army and Air Force."
