Fit tips #4 for Healthy Fitness Challenge  -  Get your sleep!

Not getting enough sleep over time has also been associated with being overweight.  Hormones are released that are in response to the stress placed on your body when you don't get enough sleep which actually increase your appetite!  Try to average between 7 and 8 hours per night to keep your appetite in check and the unwanted pounds off!

So remember, follow all 4 tips and try to get a minimum of 4 workouts in per week to be sure to reach your healthy goals!
