Fit tips #3 for Healthy Fitness Challenge - Keep a 'lifestyle log'

Get a note-book and write down everything you eat and what time you eat it every day for at least one month.  Keeping track of your mood and how hungry you feel before you eat also can help you identify your food cues and trigers so you can begin to make changes in your eating patterns.  Even if you just log your food intake, it makes you more accountable for the calories you consume! 

So remember, follow all these tips and try to get a minimum of 4 workouts in per week to be sure to reach your healthy goals!
