Fit tips #2 for Healthy Fitness Challenge - Eat breakfast

Studies show that those people who eat breakfast are more successful in losing weight and keeping it off. A breakfast that's high in lean protein, such as egg whites and low fat cheese, helps you feel full and eat less throughout the day. Eating carbs such as muffins, bagels, or toast, are more likely to boost your appetite later in the day.

So remember, follow all these tips and try to get a minimum of 4 workouts in per week to be sure to reach your healthy goals!
