Todo Sabor - A Slice of Sicily in San Carlos

Todo Sabor, or “All Taste” in English, is an authentic Italian experience that won’t disappoint. Alfredo is an incredibly skilled chef, with several awards under his belt.  His creativity and attention to detail makes each dish unique, not to mention tasty! Barbara and Alfredo, owners of Todo Sabor, left Sicily just over two years ago to open a restaurant in Panama. After stumbling upon the quite town of San Carlos they decided on this central location for their restaurant. The choice was made with a vision of music playing, children laughing and the community coming together over good company and delicious food. At Todo Sabor is all about taste. The food is prepared with care and cooked to perfection. Alfredo often brings a muse on the house to warm up your taste buds. Barbara isn’t shy, she fills each large wine glass with a healthy pour. This is a great place for a special night or just a regular Monday, when many restaurants in the area are closed. Regardless of when or why, it is a sure bet that you will enjoy this lovely couple and the slice of Sicily they’ve brought to the Pacific Beach area.
