It has an extraordinarily floral bouquet with citric notes. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and with pronounced acidity.
Riesling wines have an excellent balance of sugar and acidity. This means they can be enjoyed with strongly flavored cuisines such as Thai or Chinese food. Traditionally, Riesling wines are paired with pork, grilled or sautéed sausage, white fish and seafood of all types. It is one of the few wines that goes well with chocolate. It is also great on its own, as a dessert wine.
Description of this particular wine:
A dry Riesling with aromas of flowers and honey, then ripe pure fruit flavors and great balance. Has decent weight. Refreshing acidity and some complexity make this a very enjoyable mouthful. From one of Chile’s most respected firms.

• Very nice to smell, green apple. Slightly acidic and nice pale yellow color.
• Fresh and fruity taste, lingering pleasant aftertaste
• Smooth and mild
• 2 thumbs up, this had a nice apple / sour taste that got better as it got warmer
• Nice smooth finish , liked it a lot and would buy again
