Families find closure as bodies are recovered following plane crash
Deb Velleman and Sue Borries two of the passengers that were not recovered after a single-engine, five-seater plane went down over the Pacific Ocean, have been found after 690 hours of searching.
The families confirmed on Feb 1, 2022, that the two victims were recovered by the Civil Aeronautical Authority.
Five people were traveling on the Cherokee 6 aircraft, whose flight plan was from Contadora Island to the Krish Persaud de Chame aerodrome. The other three people were rescued alive.
