Rotary Book Sale at Picasso

On Sunday May 21, at 10 am, the Rotary Club of Playa Coronado will be selling approximately 1000 new books at Picasso in Coronado. The books are fiction, non-fiction, hard bound and soft cover.  Also included will be coffee-table style books, children’s books as well as educational materials. 

All books are in English or Spanish. Additionally, over 100 DVDs of first run movies will be available.
 
Proceeds from the sale will go towards supporting the charitable activities of the Rotary Club of Playa Coronado.  Founded in 2014, the club has distributed 300 wheelchairs in the community, awarded scholarships to needy students, provided medical and first aid equipment to first responders, athletic uniforms to local teams as well as other philanthropic activities.
