Last chance to Buy BJBF Tickets at Pre-sale price

This Wednesday, August 31st 2016, is the last chance to buy 2017 Boquete Jazz & Blues Festival (BJBF) tickets at the pre-sale price. Right now tickets are on sale for $120 for the 4-day GA pass and $160 for the four-day VIP pass. Starting September 1st the ticket price will increase to $150 for the GA four-day pass and $195 for the four-day VIP pass. See below for a full list of prices and a link to buy tickets.

Now is the best time to get tickets to one of Panama's most loved festivals in the Chiriqui Highlands. The festival, that has brought the slopes of Volcan Baru alive with music for the past 10 years, is an a great opportunity see some of the world’s best blues and jazz artists live at small, intimate venues.

 The 2017 Boquete Jazz & Blues Festival will be held February 2017 from the 9th to the 12th in the town of Boquete in Chiriqui, Panama. 100% of festival profits go to local schools in order to support and improve musical education.

The Low Rider Band with Lee Oscar who are famous for songs like ‘Low Rider', 'Cisco Kid’ and ‘Spill the Wine’.

Carolyn Wonderland, Guitarist, singer-songwriter whom the Houston Press calls "The greatest Southern blues voice of all time, part whiskey, part wolf-mother in heat.”

Dwayne Dopsie and the Zydeco Hellraisers will be bringing a little New Orleans flavor into Panama. With washboard, spoons and accordion, the blues will be receive a cajun treatment.

Also confirmed is Maria Rivas from Caracas, Venezuela, known for fusing Hispanic & American popular songs with Jazz & World Music.
