Market Plaza comes to Panama West

Market Plaza, A new shopping center located in Panama West will soon open it’s doors to the public. The first stage of the trendy outdoor shopping strip located in La Chorrera will be inaugurated this December 2016.

. Located on Costa Verde Boulevard, Market Plaza will bring a variety of stores, restaurants and even another movie theatre closer to Panama West residents. 

The announcement came this week that the shopping center has signed an agreement with the International Cinema Company, Caribbean Cinemas and is currently working on the blueprint for the cinemas, which will be part of the second stage of the project. Gregory Quinn, managing partner of Caribbean Cinemas shared his enthusiasm about the project, saying that the cinema will be “modern and offer stadium style seating with digital projection and high tech sound.” 

The Market Plaza, just an hour drive from Coronado Panama is approximately 40,000 square meters. Among the many stores and restaurants The Market Plaza will be home to are: Riba Smith, Novey, Ashley Furniture Homestore, a Power Club Gym, The Vitamin Shoppe, Limitec, Casa de las Baterias, Farmacias Revilla, KFC, Pizza Hut and Nation Sushi.
