Weather alert issued in Chame and other areas in Panama
The rain has arrived in Coronado, which has brought a sigh of relief for many. However, with the rain has come a weather warning. The season change could bring a range of sever weather including electrical storms, floods and landslides. The alert was issued by Etasa weather center on Tuesday April 26th.
There are several areas that could be affected. Those areas include: Panama East (La Mesa, Utivé, Chepo and surrounding villages), Northern Panama (Caimitillo, Soberania National Park, Gamboa, canal areas), Panama West (Bejuco, Chame, Lidice), Cocle (Rio Hato, Penonomé, El Valle de Anton) and Colon (Cacique, Portobelo, Chagres, Cativá).
