Residents in Coronado reported the ground shake around 2:00 p.m. yesterday, Sunday April 17. The shake was in fact a small earthquake measuring 3.4 degrees on the Richter scale (low intensity).

It felt in different parts of Panama. According to information disclosed by the National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc), the quake had an epicenter located 32 kilometers of Colon on the Atlantic Ocean.
