Coronado Photo Club
The Coronado Photo Club was founded by a group of photographers living in the Playa Communities this year. The new club invites anyone with a camera to join. The club is a FREE chance to learn about your cameras, deepen your perspective, and start taking great photos!
Today the club will host its first workshop, “Take you Camera off Automatic”. The workshop will take place at the Coronado Frame and Photo shop located in the Rincon del Chef Plaza from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
The workshop will be lead by Photographer Frank Corbett, with support from a team of fantastic photographers in the area. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to take their cameras off it’s automatic setting and learn about taking photos using the camera's manual settings.
Not able to attend the workshop, but interested? Check out the Facebook page: photographers in and around coronado.
The growing community of photographers invites you to join in by posting your photos, and participating in weekly challenges. This week Jamuna Burry, Owner of Coronado Frame and Foto invites everyone (DSLR users, iPhone photographers and point & shooters alike), to photograph repetition. These patterns can be found in nature, in architecture, or elsewhere. Submit you best photos to between now and Nov. 8 for a change to have your image as the Facebook group’s cover photo.
