“I am now a resident of Panama, specifically Panama City, Panama. I wanted to write some new music showing how fulfilled I am in living here. It’s a great city and getting better every day. I was fortunate enough to hook up with Patra Kastanopolous, a very talented writer who came up with the lyrics for the title song.

Now that we have this CD completed, we plan on writing more songs in the future about this magical place. It really seems there is no end of things to write about here. Another song on this CD named for Panama is the instrumental I wrote “Bocas Boogie”. It is in reference to Bocas Del Toro, a beautiful beach-front community in the northwest part of Panama near the Costa Rican boarder. I’m also proud of the songs that are unrelated to Panama, and consider the entire CD some of my very best work. The lyrics written by Kate Hiddleston on “Moody Moody Blues” and “Make Up Your Mind” are amazing.

The recording in the studio came together perfectly with the extreme talents of Juan Ramon “Juanri” Della Togna and Rodrigo “Lilo” Sanchez. These two great musicians made my arranging and production work run smoothly and as efficiently as possible. I am very grateful for their collective contribution to all the work we did.”
