Dog found near Punta Caela

This female dog was rescued from the Pan American Highway near Punta Caela by Rio Mar. She was found trotting towards San Carlos by a lady driving past.  The woman saw her almost get hit by a car, then a truck, and pulled over to see her. The dog happily jumped into the front seat of the car and stayed there, with no problem during the drive to Panama City. This dog has a blue collar, is well behaved, and by all appearances belongs to an Expat as she responds to English commands.  The dog has the Spay Panama "S" tattooed in her ear.
