Ellen Cook has passed away

Ellen Cook, animal activist in Panama has passed away. Ellen Cook passed away at 1:54 p.m. on Tuesday January 14, 2014. Ellen moved to Panama with her husband John July in 2009. She was an active member of the community, giving her support to animal causes and people in need. Ellen had a close circle of friends here in Panama, who knew, loved and were inspired by her free spirit. She lived her life vibrantly and passed away peacefully with her husband and best friend beside her. 

Ellen’s ashes will be sprinkled in her beloved Pacific Ocean tonight at the Full Moon at around 10:00 pm EST. She will be honored by her friends with a Full Moon Drumming ceromony. Tonight's full moon is appropiately named Wolf Moon. The event will take place at the beach in Coronado, in front of the Coronado Bay towers, near the rocks. Those would like to say good bye and invited to attend.
