Nitro City host BMW dual-sport motorcycle event

Tomorrow, Sunday September 16th 2012, BWM Motorrad Latin America is hosting the 2012 Regional GS trophy elimination. This event will be hosted at Nitro City, the popular extreme sports destination founded by Travis Pastrana in Punta Chame. The 2012 Regional GS trophy elimination will determine three finalists who will move on to the tournament finals, which will be held in Chile on November 24th. Playacommunity spoke with Federico, director of BMW Motorrad Latin America at Nitro City, who expressed extreme excitement about the finals tomorrow. Several heats will take place at Nitro City from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. tomorrow. These mixed motorcycle events will test riders’ endurance and technical abilities.

Attendees must buy a $30.00 day pass for Nitro City in order to observe the day’s events. The day pass also includes access the facilities including  oceanfront swimming pool, beach access, washrooms, volleyball court, football field, Skate Park and gym. Nitro City provides Wifi and boasts a well-reviewed international menu.
