A brief report about the new gym in Bayside Center Coronado.

Well it looks like Coronado finally has its own gym, it's easy to find. On the right hand side, just after El Rey driving Eastwards on the PanAmerican highway, You'll find the new Bayside Center and in it, Roland's, Coronado's first real public Gym.The registration desk is staffed, with someone who speaks some English. Various food supplements and protein powders are for sale, behind the desk.  

Membership costs $40 a month, plus an annual $50 registration fee. Or you can also pay per session, at a rate of $5.00 per visit. They offer lockers for use at an additional $5 per month. The gym has separate Male/Female toilets on the right hand side, as well Male/Female changing room and shower unit. While these rooms are small, fitting only one client at a time, they are clean and well maintained. 

The gym itself has several ceiling fans as well as a big air conditioning unit. It features several treadmills and other electronic exercise machines, it also features quite a large selection of dumbbells and kettle bells, as well as a good range of pulley type resistance machines. They have an in-house personal trainer who does one-on-one sessions.
