Playacommunity opens up real estate listings at the beaches

When I started Playacommunity in 2007, I decided to limit the number of real estate companies listing properties on the website. My goal was to spend time building the site instead of selling to many people. To do so I offered exclusivity to Coronado es Vida and Concept Panama,  two companies selling properties at the beaches. The arrangement has worked wonderfully over the years. With the support of these two dedicated companies I was able to build and grow the site to where it is now.

Things are changing in Panama, and here at the beach, we are certainly feeling the effects. The market is expanding at an incredible rate with many people arriving, looking for homes and setting up businesses. With the new immigration laws, we will see even more people flood into this interesting country.

The change has affected companies like Concept Panama, who have merged with the larger Panama Realtor  to meet the demands of the expanding market. Coronado es Vida too is rethinking marketing strategy. Going forward, Panama Realtor and Coronado es Vida will continue to be clients of Playacommunity, however real estate listing and advertising will no longer be exclusive to the two companies. With deep gratitude for helping Playacommunity build a foundation, I look forward to a renewed relationship with these two companies and I welcome opportunities for new relationships.

The changes mean that Playacommunity.Com will soon be open to accepting real estate listing from companies it has not done business with before.
