Gas price increase fueling inflationary cycle
(Newsroompanama.com) Stand by for another boost in the cost of living as the price of gasoline continues it’s inflationary cycle. It could climb as much as 22 cents a gallon on Saturday April 9, and remain in force for another two weeks ... and there's no easing in sight.
The continuing escalation is pushing up the price of public transportation, air fares, and food, dining out and construction and causing problems with the government’s budgetary plans as they increase subsidies to transport companies.
95 octane is likely to go up 22 cents a gallon and 91octane up by 20 cents.
And the future looks bleak. Oil analyst, Harry Quinn, said on Tuesday April 5, that with tensions in North Africa the volatility in the oil market, will continue with no solutions in sight in the short or medium term. Time to reduce pressure on he gas peddle and learn the science of walking to the corner store.
