WATER SHORTAGE CONTINUES

Water shortages are a common occurrence here in Coronado for homes depending on IDAAN for their water supply. We have gotten used to it. Water is generally out for a couple of hours and eventually returns the same day. Today however, is the start of the third waterless day for IDAAN customers and patience is wearing thin.

What’s most frustrating is that no one really knows what is going on. I called IDAAN yesterday and got the bush off “someone will get back to you”. Not surprisingly, no one did. In the meantime, toilets can’t be flushed, showers can’t be had, cement can’t be mixed.

Can anyone can tell us what is going on? What is causing the shortage and when will the water return?

Incidentally, this would be the perfect time for water tank companies and well drilling companies to increase thier sales by offering residents discounts.
