(Panama-Guide) Panamanian law enforcement authorities are actively searching for William "Wild Bill" Adolfo Cortez Reese and his wife Jena Seana Cortez as the primary murder suspects in the disappearances of at least two American expatriates in the Republic of Panama. If you have seen these people, or if you know of their whereabouts, please contact the local office of the Panamanian Department of Judicial Investigation (DIJ) if in the Republic of Panama, or the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the United States immediately. William "Wild Bill" Adolfo Cortez and his wife Jena Seana Cortez are wanted for questioning as the primary suspects in the murders of three people, Cher Hughes and Bo Icelar, and a man with the last name of Brown in Bocas del Toro. I've been investigating this case for about two weeks but have not been able to say anything until today.
