Panama Blows Off Central American Court of Justice
(Panama-Guide) - Telemetro - The Government of Panama said it would not be notified of a lawsuit filed against the country over the withdraw from the Central American Parliament (Parlacen) filed before the Central American Court of Justice (CCJ) because it is not part of that body and is not required to submit their jurisdiction. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Panama said in a statement it received a representative of the CCJ who delivered two papers on claims against the State of Panama over their decision to leave the Parlacen, filed by the Parliament and the members of this body.
