Translation of Gun Law Proposal
(Panama-Guide) This is a translation of the bill supposedly submitted to the National Assembly by the Minister of Public Security, Jose Raul Mulino, which would regulate private firearm ownership in the Republic of Panama. For the record, I've been reporting on this bill since 1 June 2010 with the publication of the article "Panama To Stiffen Penalties For Illegal Gun Possession".
