CONATO Calls For General Strike in July
(Panama-Guide) - La Prensa - The National Council of Organized Workers (Conato), the union that brings together most of the country's unions, on Thursday called for a general strike which will begin in July. The step was taken this morning at a meeting in the Conato headquarters in Balboa where union leaders discussed and decided to support all of the pressure tactics that will be taken in rejection of the new Law 30 (9 in 1).
