Environmentalists Will March To Presidency Today
(Panama-Guide) - La Prensa - Ignoring complaints from environmentalists, businessmen, union leaders, civil society organizations, and university students, president Ricardo Martinelli signed in law the so called "9 in 1" bill, now called Law 30 of 2010, "that dictates action to promote the development of commercial aviation, which reforms labor and criminal codes, and takes measures to enable the implementation of projects of national interest." The original name applied to the bill when it was first sent to the National Assembly that was meeting in special session on 7 June 2010, which only spoke of commercial aviation and "other provisions."
