According to Afu judicial authorities should investigate the bank accounts of the members of the PRD's National Executive Committee (CEN) of that time, when the corruption scandal broke in 2002. They should investigate "all who were in the CEN of the party", all of the leaders, including Martin Torrijos, Balbina Herrera and Laurentino Cortizo, Afu reiterated during a press conference held in the National Assembly.
