Carlos Afu - Pushing To Keep CEMIS Case Open
(Panama-Guide) - La Estrella - The CEMIS scandal has returned, once again at the hand of Carlos 'Tito' Afu. The politician from Las Tablas has insisted that the leaders of the PRD political party in 2001 negotiated the approval of the contract with the Consorcio San Lorenzo. But Afu has provided even more details, and says the negotiations were not quick or easy.
