Homeless female dog

This young female dog doesn't have a name or a home. She wandered in the yard of expat, George O'Malley, a month ago and he has been taking care of her but he has to return to the States in 2-3 weeks. George has taken her to be spayed, she has been bathed and after a couple of weeks of good food she is looking healthy not skin and bones. He is concerned and doesn't want to leave behind alone. Please help, this dog is playful, loving and loyal. She is protective and would be a good guard dog.
