Soon - Motorcycle Riders Must Wear Vests and Helmets With License Plate Number in Reflective Tape
(Panama-Guide) - El Siglo - Very soon the 20,789 people who ride motorcycles in Panama will have to wear reflective vests. Yesterday the Director General of the Ground Transit and Transportation Authority (ATTT), Ricardo Jorge Fabrega, announced that today they might approve the new regulations that will require all who drive motorcycles to wear vests and helmets bearing reflective tape which displays the number of the license plate for their motorcycle.
