UK Expat Hamish Goodwin Murdered in Guanche, Panama
(Panama-Guide) Yesterday I learned of the murder of a person in Guanche, in the province of Colon, on the road leading to Portobelo. The first information I received indicated the victim was an American citizen. I have now learned the victim was actually a man named Hamish Goodwin, 67 years old, who was a citizen of the United Kingdom, born in the British mandate of Tanzania.
