Immigration Rights For (Adult) Children of Pensionado Visa Holders?
(Panama-Guide) The following question was submitted for consideration: "What rights have the pensionado kids when they turn 18 and have become adults? My wife daughter and I have lived in Panama for over 3 years, our daughter has attended school in Panama and is now enrolled in a culinary school on her way to becoming a "chef". In a few days she will turn 18 and an adult in Panama. When we first moved here we were wrongly informed about her rights, now having contacted 2 different lawyers it seems she basically has no rights.
